Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-returnable items:

-Used or damaged products

-Customized or personalized items

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service to request a return authorization.
  2. Ship the item back with tracking. 
  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

If you refuse delivery due to customs duties or taxes, you will not receive a full refund. Shipping costs and any related fees will be deducted from your refund.
