Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery Time
For DAP orders:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–18 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- Australia and New Zealand:6-18 business days
- Asia: 6-15 business days
For DDP orders, delivery times vary by country.
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by customs, weather, or local logistics.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
The exact shipping fee is displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) by default, unless DDP is explicitly offered as an option.
For DAP, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by the destination country.
These fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record and are responsible for compliance with local customs laws and regulations.
Undeliverable & Refused Packages
If a package is refused, returned, or marked undeliverable due to unpaid duties, invalid address, or customer refusal, we will deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any related fees from your refund.
